Thank God It's Friday - Waiting Until The Weekend To Find Reason to Celebrate

It's no secret that the phrase "Thank God it's Friday" is one of the more popular phrases that people use especially around the weekends. Yet, have you ever actually taken the time to think about the reasons why you are waiting for the weekend to celebrate your "freedom"?

How much more freeing would it be, if you began to realize more and more that you are not bound by any circumstance, pattern or habit that is occurring in the outside world?

I invite you now to pay attention to your relaxing inhalation and as you follow that relaxation with your exhalation know that you are free always!

Each morning when you awaken you can choose to be joyful, playful and loving. And as you find yourself in the evening recalling and reliving events from the days or worries and fears of the future know that you can go back to that inhaling and exhaling breath and simply let go of all past, all future as you merge into this space of breathing in and out.

Do it right now and as you do so know that nothing has the power to limit your ability to enjoy this day and whatever happens as it happens.

When you consciously choose to be joyful, you are calling forth the abundance of joy that is within you and allowing it to be expressed through and as you.

You can give love to those around you by sharing smiles and laughing together as you share your joy in a playful and loving way.

Continue to let this feeling spread all over your body so that you can feel within your entire being that nothing limits your ability to choose your attitude.

Every day beginning now you'll feel all that Love, Joy and Peace that is with you that allows you to act with that freedom that only can come from within and because of this you will choose to be joyful, playful and loving.

And I want you to understand, just understand that if each morning upon rising you can permit yourself to meditate for at least 12 minutes it will create the kind of transformation within you that leads to an increase in both your personal and professional satisfaction.
